Joint Stock Company "Lietuvos infrastruktūros plėtros fondas" (Lithuanian Property Development Fund - LPDF) commenced its activities in spring of 2002. The initiator and shareholder of the fund is a public company Lithuanian Development Agency (LDA).
O b j e c t i v e s
LPDF pursues the following objectives: promotion of development of property market in Lithuanian cities and regions, provision of basis for the coming of foreign investors, assistance to small and medium companies to realise their real estate projects.
F u n d s
The Government of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Phare programme provided funds for investment in property construction and reconstruction projects in Lithuania, outside the city of Vilnius. Lithuanian Property Development Fund is the management company, which manages the said funds. Total amount of funds available for investment projects makes up EUR 5 million.
S e r v i c e s
LPDF is a commercial investor, providing finance to property construction, refurbishment and development projects. The Fund carries out equity investments and may provide loan funding to property development companies, when necessary. |
